Autofeed Pillar Drilling Machine

Introducing our P40 Neo – 40 mm capacity all geared auto feed Pillar drilling machine our U drill specialist. The most rigid structure ever a pillar drill machine has in its segment.

All gears are manufactured from 20MnCr5 Gear Material and hardened up to HRC 50–55, ensuring superior wear resistance and high torque transmission capability. The oil bath lubrication system continuously lubricates the gears, significantly reducing friction, heat generation, and maintenance requirements while increasing machine life.

To ensure smooth power transmission and high operational reliability:

  • All gears rotate on high-quality bearings for smooth sliding and reduced vibration
  • Gears are internally six-splined and shafts are externally splined for better torque transfer and durability
  • Precision gear machining is carried out on imported WMW Germany Gear Shaper Machines
  • All splines are machined using imported PFAUTER Germany Spline Milling Machines, ensuring unmatched accuracy and consistency

Heavy Duty Autofeed Gear Box System

The Autofeed Gear Box used in models P40Neo , R40AA and R40BA is specially designed for high-load drilling operations and smooth automatic feed performance.

The gearbox is equipped with:

  • Heavy-duty hardened NiCr Steel gears
  • Large 2.5 Module gears for superior strength and long life
  • Dual worm gears manufactured with heavy-duty 2.82 Module teeth
  • High-quality bearing-supported shafts instead of conventional bushes for improved reliability and reduced wear

A key highlight of our autofeed mechanism is the Taper Cone Engagement System, similar to those used in heavy-duty lathe machines. This mechanism provides:

Product Overview

Oil bath Gear Box
The all new design of gear box in model PMW R40AA,R40G and P40AA is having 9 speed with all 9 gear made up of hardened NiCr steel up to HRC 50 55. Oil bath gear box and hardened gears give very long life to the machine. Rotation and easy sliding of gears in bearings gives very high reliability. Gear are internally six splined and shaft are externally splined

All the gears in gearbox are machined on imported WMW Germany make gear shaper.

All the splines in the gear box are machined on imported PFAUTER Germany make spline milling machine.

Autofeed  Gear Box

Autofeed gear box used in Machine R40AA, R40BA & P40AA is having gears made up of NiCr Steel with heavy 2.5 module. All gears are also hardened. Two worm gears are made up of heavy duty 2.82 module teeth. All the shafts in the Gear Box are supported through good quality bearings and not the Bushes. Engaging Of Autofeed through TAPER CONE MECHANISM as in the lathe machines enables maximum loading capacity leaving behind other machines.
